Meet the C.M. Consulting & Finance Team

Claire Morgan, owner and founder of C.M. Consulting & Finance, Inc., has been working in business and finance since 1999. She studied International Business at Berkeley College in New Jersey. When she began her career in Manhattan in 2003, Claire took many continuing educational courses focusing on business development, marketing, and accounting at SUNY College in New York City for Small Business Development.

Coming from a sturdy moral background, Claire  believes that hard work and an ethical practice is important in both life and business. This belief is a daily practice at C.M. Consulting in all aspects of the company's operations, and because of this standing, has had the opportunity to work with some of the finest business entrepreneurs of this time. She has engaged in all aspects of start up businesses, as well as well-established ones, and has been the financial rock of many of her clients, handling the finances of their businesses from the time of transaction to the time of recording for tax compliance.

At heart she is an artist and has a hidden passion for creativity and design. She loves designing candles  and helping animals at shelters. But most of all, she finds her passion in inspiring growth for each and every one of her clients through business and finance.

She creates the support her clients need with one on one individualized attention and offers the clear solutions to the many obstacles faced in owning a small business.

The reward?

Bringing each business owner  not only to the point where they can see their business clearly and grow it successfully, but also to where they themselves can take better control and make more sound decisions on their own.

This is why her clients come back to her again and again.

Jaclyn Wallach, executive coordinator and assistant, has been working with Claire & the C.M. Consulting Team since 2016. She has her undergraduate degree in Human Development from SUNY Binghamton and her Masters in Education from Hofstra University. She also has a background in life coahing, teaching yoga and has a passion for helping others through family history tracing and genealogy work. Putting the puzzle pieces together is her thing. Creating authetic connection is a huge value for her, and loves being able to support C.M. Consulting clients. When Jaclyn isn’t working, she loves to be in nature, take self-development classes, visit old estates, play with her foster fail cat, Rue, and watch sitcoms (“Friends” anyone?).
